Accordingly, while the BoS prosecution is serious, its effect is unlikely to dampen consumer interest." Rounding up on this Lipton continues "Mobile gaming is really the infant child of online gaming and since there is every reason to believe that its growth will be quick and exponential, it is essential that any participant in this industry be aware of the cutting edge issues confronting mobile gaming.
